I noticed that with my car. Only when it’s coldThe v6 firmware had changes for catless, not had any global problems since. Sometimes cars in really cold weather with downpipes need the IAT wire added for various reasons.

Let's say you run a lower octane tank of gas and shit all over your car. Does it take a while for the ecu to adapt back to being more aggressive, or is it quick? I want to know if my car has PTSD from costco.
Did alot more testing today. I don't feel like parsing all the logs and posting them unless someone wants something.
Things that might be worth sharing:
Agency intakes take .2 off of my 0-60 over the stock intakes. Verified with 3-4 runs with each on the exact same location, setup, and fuel. Stock IAT is lower by quite a bit(sometimes like 20 degrees), but hot air is better than not enough air I guess.
Costco gas is very questionable. My car was running way more timing with less pull on shell, and after going back to shell my times seem to be improving quite a bit.
Map 1 same setup, same location, same fuel ran about .5 seconds slower with stock intakes.
Map 2 0-60 : 4.29 - Agency Power Intakes, SSR Downpipe.
Map 2 0-60 : 4.50 - Stock Intakes, SSR Downpipe
Map 1 0-60: 5.0 - Stock Intakes, SSR Downpipe
Oh, I also hit a 1.96 60'! The slope was close to legal.(-1.44)
I have 2 questions.
What does average advance mean? This value varies by ALOT in my logs and I'm not sure what to deduce from it.

That’s a nice drop with intakes. Would love to see a stock intake vs k&n panel filters vs intake.
There is a short term knock correction and a longer term octane adaption. The short term corrections kick in for seconds at a time, the longer term octane adaption would take a few 1/4 mile style pulls to adapt itself back, after correcting a fuel issue. Did you add in a can of octane booster?
Although the 0-60 is fun I was more interested in why your traps are only 114mph, instead of the expected 116mph, on map2. If the timing looks good now on map2 for 1/4 mile then let's see if your traps go up stepping up to map3, for example.
@Terry@BMS Can you address average advance? Please!
It's not used on the Stinger currently.
Terry Im ordering the fuel cables now, would you be willing to sell me the IAT cable as well? Id rather not have to wait for them it
With the Lap 3 DPs im assuming ill throw a CEL I can remove the code with the JB4 right?
Lol he’s not talking about secondary downpipes like the SSR ... he is talking about the lap 3 primary downpipes...Downpipe wont throw a CEL. I have SSR and no trouble at all!
The common misconception with our cars. The DP are actually the pipes that come off the turbos. IMO the SSR Dowpipes should be called midpipes lolDownpipe wont throw a CEL. I have SSR and no trouble at all!

Yep that's pretty misleading. On this car it should be: midpipes = secondary cats, downpipes = primary cats. The common misconception with our cars. The DP are actually the pipes that come off the turbos. IMO the SSR Dowpipes should be called midpipes lol
@Terry@BMS here is the order number (ORDER BMS99717) . If you could add the IAT cable I would much appreciate it. If you want me to pay for it please send me an invoice so we can add it to the order prior to shipment.

Map 7 is more of an experimental map, but 3 and 5 are definitely fine tuned for higher octane gas / E85 mixes. As long as your fuel is consistent, map 3 and 5 will be consistent. Map 2 is more of a 'set it and forget it' map which still delivers huge power gainsI’m hearing Maps 3, 5, and 7 haven’t been fine tuned yet, nor run as consistent or reliable as Map 2; is this true?
I see lots of people run, and talk about, Map 2, but not much of the others; is that the reason?
Not trying to stir the pot, just trying to collect all the information before I purchase; I’ve had the JB4 and BMS Intakes sitting in my cart for the last week.
