Curious take on what your next car would be after our beloved stinger. Or sticking with it for a higher year model?

Imo I plan to keep mine for a little under 2 more years and perhaps move onto a m340i or a Supra maybe. I really want to dabble on the b58 platform.

Nothing specific, but the next cars I currently foresee getting are an all electric luxury family car, and a small, lightweight, NA, manual transmission sports car. I want diverse flavors in the garage.

Probably just get a zippy EV. Most of my driving is around the city nowadays. We'll keep a NA vehicle like a SUV for road trips for a while longer, it's going to take a long time for the charging infrastructure to build out for long trips especially out West where there's only very small towns between points and range anxiety is a real thing. We'll often go off the beaten path hiking/camping/climbing, so need charging infrastructure in some low population areas for it to work for us.

man. i dont even know. i thought about it a fews. i dont know if i would want a truck. ive always had a sports sedan. i really love sporty cars. im going to pay off and keep my stinger. i dont know, think having a truck would be fun too. they are so damn expensive though. ill never go electric. i love the smell of gasoline and burning rubber.

Too early to tell for me. Just got this car a bit over a year ago. So far it's meeting my needs (with < 8Kmi on the odo). I know hell will freeze over before I get into an EV (if ever).

I did test drive an rdx but found it too truck like. Still prefer cars. One with a third pedal may still be welcome when i'm in the market again.

plan is to keep the stinger for a long time... at least as long as feasible. But will most likely add an EV to the stable... will see what is out when we are ready to buy.. but right now, I'd be happy with a gv60 performance, EV6 GT, waiting for the ioniq6 N as that should have the best range/power ratio due to it's aero. If a lotto won, Lucid Air Sapphire! haha!

Traded my Stinger for an M550 in 2019. Sold that for an S5 in 2020. Sold that for a Model 3 Performance in June.

This summer I'm going to dump the Tesla for another performance EV. Not sure exactly what that will be. Thought about the EV6 GT but that rear end is too ugly. Hoping for a performance "N" version of the Ioniq 5. Would also consider an "N" version of the Ioniq 6, but that might be too ugly as well. Maybe something from Audi...

The only thing I can say for sure is my next car won't be ICE powered.

Nice choices!

Audi e Tron gt perhaps? Arm and a leg though. But man it looks good.

^^Hey if you got the $$, why not. In my younger years the bikes kept my attention. Cars didn't really matter. I went through 3 bikes in a span of about 4 years. The whole time I had the same car. The 4th gen camaro which barely got driven. All bikes were sold with 40K+ miles.

Don’t know yet. I’m really not into ev.

I wanted an m550i ... or the 650 ... but bmw tt v8's aren't notorious for being easy on the wallet, If we didn't get the stinger in 2020 our other option was going to be the model 3 perf. That's funny because the back of the EV6 is my favorite part of it... the front is fine but meh.. but everytime i see the back of one i just want one so bad.. I just wish we got the cool integrated amber turns in the silver part vs just having the red part duped as the turn signal.. Same with the ioniq6.. it's the back end with that cool lit spoiler and tailights that do it for me.. the front again is... not bad but it could have been executed better

I just get bored easily. The 20 months I owned my Stinger is the longest I've ever owned a car.
Same here for many years. My prior car I had for 3+ years, which is the longest ever. The Stinger now edging over 2 years will be second place soon. Plan is to keep the Stinger a couple more years. It will end up dethroning my last car as longest owned.

I'll keep my Stinger for as long as it makes sense, possibly forever.
But, I want to get a 2005-2007 Highlander Hybrid AWD for sure,
and a truck for off-road with enough hauling capability that I can bail with most of my guns, ammo and food storage (maybe a Ram TRX at some point).
The AWD C8 sounds sweet (as long as it isn't a plug-in Hybrid) also, but that will be high demand for a while, most likely.

The styling of the stinger is just so ooph that it makes my other choices (aside from Supra) very meh. It's wise to keep it for a very long time because you never get tired of how nice it looks. Only gripe with moving on from it.

But the c8 should fill that void for you lol

It's true. I enjoy the looks of the Stinger quite a bit. Both the C7 and C8 styling is money, though, but obviously the C7 doesn't come in AWD so that's a deal breaker for me.
