I ordered the 9mode one on Sunday. I still haven't seen an email that it was shipped yet. Do you need my order #?

Is there an expected promotion on the nine mode one again? I would like to order and have seen some knock off’s cheaper but I thought I’d give them a chance. The Canadian dollar is absolute garbage right now so I got a pay 1.5 times the US cost… Ouch so I don’t want to over invest

I filled out their contact form on their website since I couldn't find a good email address. Hopefully they respond. If this hasn't been shipped yet there's no way I see it arriving before i move on May 14.

I just received a response. They changed my shipping address to the address I am moving to and said it will ship out via DHL today (it is Saturday in China).

Yeah. Though one thing that seems to be true across the board: the people who have positive things to say have tried one while people who have negative things to say have not tried it. They basically say one thing—“Press the pedal harder.”
