Allow me to give you an advice... Do not, I repeat DO NOT let the dealer touch your paint, they will damage it with swirls and scratches, an advice from a semi pro detailer (Me).

Yes, that is very common on new cars from my first car (Hyundai Elantra 1998) through several Hyundai, Kias, Audi's BMWs R8 Porsche Camaro SS and now the Stinger not a single car was delivered if flawless paint, is the nature of the manufacturing process and the dealer washes the car and installs swirls and scratches so the first thing I do every time I get a new car is dedicate 3 days of full wash, decontamination polish and ceramic coating for a flawless finish. So guys DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT let the dealer wash your car.

Well.. I guess it happened while installing the marten protection ..it’s white on these scratches .. Swirls are there but only to see in the right angle

Full tank of cheap gas. Kia corporation gave me Harman Kardon headphones and a Stinger insulated mug that fits in cup holders.
