Nothing here. Most dealerships at least give you your first oil change as a freebie. I was kind of surprised Kia did nothing.
Either way it's Kia. The Kia name is on the building. That's who they represent. That would be your dealer, not Kia.
I never ever said the work "Corporate" or "Corporate Headquarters" in my original message. I started out with the word dealerships and then Kia. I understand the "dealerships" can make their own decisions on things like that. I'm just saying they "represent" the Kia name and brand.Kia Corporate has little say on what individual dealers do. We see that in outrageous variation in sticker prices on Sunset Yellow cars from a couple of dealers, dealers charging for nitrogen in tires and a bunch of other legal but unethical practices to skim the public. Call it Kia if you like, but it's individually owned dealers and their sales managers and owners that determine what, if anything, you get. Sorry, I have to defend Kia Corporate on this one and blame the dealer that makes that decision.
NBA tickets; basketball, LA has the Lakers and Clippers

It is in fact a policy of Kia Canada to provide new vehicles with a full tank of fuel. It isn't something that the dealer advertised, and I wasn't aware of it - so was a nice surprise when I picked it up. There is no regulation in Canada requiring new cars be sold this way, and some manufacturers/dealers do not - I believe that Fiat-Chrysler only requires their dealers to provide a half tank of fuel, for example. I don't know Kia's position on this in other countries.Everybody who think the gas is for free or a gift: Read your contract.
There is a position called "transportation cost" or "delivery cost" or anyway they have named it.
With this you have payed your free gas or also a motorway vignette if your state this prescribes...
A free oil change is a gift of the dealer because it is not part of delivery or prescribed by KIA when they deliver a car to his owner...

.Full tank of gas plus a couple of red wine bottles, a cargo net floor.....oh I forgot to mention, i was given 2 silver key chains with the KIA logo....
.
Wow that was quite a delivery. Congratulations!
As far getting something. I just got a Thanks and that was it.
