What did you pay for your Kia Stinger?

I got a Ceramic Silver GT1 RWD for $40500 today (not including TTL), financed.

I am in Texas so the lease buyout wouldn't work for me given the double tax.

Do you guys think I got a good deal?

2018 or 2019? That sounds even better than mine, which I got a 2019 Ceramic Silver GT1 AWD for roughly $3k over your amount (not counting TTL and trade-in) in Missouri, no lease. Mind you, the AWD is priced higher by $2k or thereabouts.

Updated, 2019 with 70 miles.

Mine when paperwork was done had 96 miles on the clock, though 20-25 of those miles were by me on the test drive beforehand. :D

Which dealer is this from and what is the % APR? It's a great deal.

I just purchased a white GT2 AWD today. Did a 3yr/30k lease to get the lowest payment, with the intent that I will purchase before the 3 years or at the 3 year mark. Out the door price was $39k change with all of the incentives. $0 down, my payment is $525/month. Honestly take advantage of the lease cash now to drive down that price. It seems worth it.

GT2 AWD for $525/month with $0 due at signing? I would LOVE to see your details... I've been running numbers for months and I haven't seen anything even close to that. Pic of the details or it didn't happen...

It is possible especially if they got it for 39K. I would say its a pretty killer deal but $525*36 and adding 51-53% residual value from MSRP would get you in that 39-42k range. A few dealers offered me GT2's for 42k OTD without even negotiating really (I am in East Coast).

Also a ton of dealers in my area seem to have a similar sentiment to start moving their '19 Stingers so it might be the result of more competitive pricing.

I bought a 2019 Stinger GT1 on Monday. MSRP was $48,990. I paid $36,377 + tax/title/tag financed through Kia at 3.9% (I had the option of getting 0% for $2750 more).

Purchased from Alexander Kia in Williamsport, PA.

Congrats, and welcome to the forums!

The 3.9% isn’t bad at all depending on how much you finance and pay it off early.

2019 Stinger GT1 Micro Blue RWD.
MSRP: $46,400
Paid $39438.00 with 0% for 66.
If I had chose higher interest rate (3.9%), price would have been: $36,688.00
Classic Kia, Carrollton, TX (DFW)

Certainly it makes sense to get the cash upfront with the 3.9% if you plan on paying off the loan right away.

However, if you are keeping the loan for any significant period of time then it will cost you MUCH more. There is approximately $4300 of interest on a 66 month loan for the GT1 models. You would have to be crazy to select the 3.9% if you aren’t going to pay it off right away.

Paid mine off month 1. Confirmed with Kia financial that there is no early payoff penalty. Kia FAQ even says

Are there any penalties/discounts for paying off my retail or lease account early?
No, retail and lease accounts may be paid off at any time without a penalty.

The dealers all try to say you have to pay a certain number of payments. The finance guys as they pushed me to add this and that kept saying different numbers of payments of course.

Purchased a Panthera Metal GT2 AWD (Black interior) with odometer reading of 12 miles on July 1, 2019 from a dealership in Pittsburgh, PA.

MSRP: $54,290 (Added options include puddle lights, remote start, mud flaps)
Negotiated Cash Price: $45,000 +TTL
OTD Final Price: $48,500

This is the best cash price I could find after searching within a 50 mile radius for 4+ months. Prices are regional and it's hard to compare cash vs lease vs loan deals. I'm satisfied at the end of the day that this is truly the total amount I will pay out.

Bought in May 2019, just now seeing this thread. Got mine, premium Silky Silver 2.0t with 8.5k miles, for $25.5k. Searched for 2 months nationwide. I live in Atlanta, found my Jerry Stinger in PA. Flew up and had a great road trip back

Just curious why you didn’t do a zero interest loan or the lease buyout? You would have saved MANY thousands of dollars with the lease buyout.

Finally got my 2019 GT in black yesterday after eyeing the car for over a year.

MSRP: ~$42.5k (dealer added a few options)
OTD: ~$33.5k including TTL using $7700 lease cash (extra $1000 now for the summer sales event so I took advantage of that). Think I got a pretty insane deal based on all of the research I did. Spent a good amount of time negotiating in the dealership and pitting dealers against each other to get the best possible price but I feel it was worth it.

I'll be buying out the lease ASAP. Really glad to finally be joining the Stinger family!

To be honest, I don't know much about lease buyouts or leasing in general. I've never considered leasing a car before because I prefer to own. Aren't there mileage restrictions for leased cars? Maybe I would consider it in the future if I could just make 1 complete payoff payment lets say at the end of the first month. My understanding was that there was a minimum time frame or an early payoff penalty? Maybe I'm mistaken? As far as a zero interest loan, I'm not sure that there is much incentive for me to do that because they gave me $4000 in rebates and $5000 off the MSRP?
