Thank youmfox, very nice!
Left the car sitting in the direct sun and used a soft sided squeege like you use to apply window film to pry under the badge.Nice any tricks on getting old badge off? Still dental floss best option .
Dropped off at the body shop to repair my rear badge mistake and have the holes filled.
My rental is a charger sxt, this thing is horrible lol.
How did you do that? So I don’t have same mistakeDropped off at the body shop to repair my rear badge mistake and have the holes filled.

I used Turtle wax adhesive remover, which I found out is not supposed to be used on plastic. That panel is...plastic.How did you do that? So I don’t have same mistake
all in around $400, holes filled, painted, and rental car for hopefully only 3 days. What's that gonna cost ya? Thinking about having my side reflectors painted.
Probably rent a mini-van for the repair duration. My kids love them.
Buy another badge like i did.Very good point!

I let it soak on the badge to long, and it also ran under the lip by the license plate, which ate some paint in there as well.

That’s how I removed my badges in AU summer January 45 deg c heat, works a treat, no damaged paint & tape residue just rolled off with my thumb.Left the car sitting in the direct sun and used a soft sided squeege like you use to apply window film to pry under the badge.
It was really quite easy.
Just take your time.
Hahaha, same thing happened to me, once on the drivers scuff plate & another on a passenger lower door panel...in plain sight for months. What did I do today? Pulled of yet another piece of hidden plastic (hidden from me, in plain view): it was a long strip on the inside of the hatch lid, just forward of the window. Why I saw it now (after over four months) is the poser. How much longer is this discovery of yet more plastic going to go on?
