I also got a rock shower from an idiot semi driver that felt the need to spend 15 minutes passing another semi. Tried to back off the best I could but no love. Now have 7-10 small chips in the hood. He was driving on the shoulder and kicking up every small rock and debris from the side of the road. Unfortunately my car is black so the primer shows the chips quite obviously within a few feet. Didn’t have time to put on a clear bra before my trip. So sad.

Good video, I left a comment there, but the car is £39960 (with paint) + £1200 Vehicle Tax for year 1. Therefore it doesn't count as over £40k for following years, hence only £140 a year and not the added £300 for years 2-6.

tough to see , they are really unnoticeable unless you look hard or are close , its one of the reasons I did mine in red was to play off the brakes , white would read the brightest , but in fairness these things are just more tasteful vs Kia or E IMHO in any color ............................

Strangely the bumper fascia and fenders are chip free. So at least it’s confined to the hood. Guess I’ll have to get it repainted someday or touch it up and say screw it. They are tiny but the primer is light so it definitely can be seen if I’m looking for them
 
Thanks boys for comments on the movie... trust me to try and write BEFORE I record it! Sorry! Thanks for clarify comment, it now makes me want to get one actually. I did send script over to contract hire and they didnt pick up either so - one of those things when its little old me on compliance on my own! :)
