OEM plugs are HKS or NGK (I forget) and will run about $25-30ea, so that's not out of line cost wise. I do question such a low replacement interval on a stock engine.
Densos are cheaper, but don't last as long. The dealer won't use them anyway, so not a fair comparison.
Since the service manual states that the intake manifold has to be removed to change plugs, the "book time" is probably about 3 hours (at $100/hr). In reality, they can be changed without removing the manifold in about an hour.
Dealers only go by "book time", you'll have to go to an independent mechanic for a realistic price.
cabin filter takes 3minutes, dealer probably charged you $50.
Not sure what a "turbo filter" is. If they mean the intake filters, that's another 5 minute change for probably way too much money.
