What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Now that you’ve had the Maxton rear spoiler on for awhile, could you evaluate ownership for us please?
I’m thinking of buying a full gloss black one.

How is it holding up, how’s the quality and fitment, does it scratch easily etc.?

Adding @peterpan223 and @jsrob905 to my response here. :) So far, despite spending most weeks outside during the day (my work has no covered garage), it's held up pretty well IMO. Fitment for me was perfect. I've not attempted to uh, intentionally scratch mine ;), but no marks so far.

As for where to order, I suggest ordering from the UK location. For US buyers, it was the cheapest and fastest (it took a week) when I comparison shopped.

@Tinter , I was looking into being a distributor for the US market, but when I talked to the UK people, their requirements was a bit ridiculous. And yeah, even asking them what's the difference between the V1 and V2 front splitter was inconclusive. I ended up getting the V1 after looking at pics from members here. That being said, at least they don't mess around when it comes to shipping things fast.

Thank you so much for the update!

Today I upgraded the exhaust a little bit.
Didn't test performance yet. Sound is louder than expected, despite having the stock mufflers.

Added a reflective red dot to indicate where the slot is to remove the wheel cap.....ideal for tyre stores so they don’t gouge our centre cap when they might need to remove it.
An office paper hole punch did the job nicely with some reflective vinyl.

Nice idea, I used to just remove the wheel caps myself so they couldn’t either damage them or scratch my rims.

Busy Kia day...

Eibach sways went on. Started to do it myself, but there was no way the nuts on the end links were coming off without an impact driver. And that was the front, which was supposed to be cake. Was lucky enough to get it in a shop today and had it done for $177. Well worth it. Haven't had a chance to really try them out yet.

Right back at ya! :)

I love that dark, blue/black/purple color of yours. Looks very sophisticated.

Finished clear coating some aero yesterday. Installed some new spark plugs and a LAP3 for another member.

Note: Another +1 to doing the spark plugs without removing the manifold. The double wobble-boy trick works BUT this magnetic swivel spark plug socket and a single wobble-boy was the hat trick. highly recommended. linked here-GEARWRENCH 3/8" Drive 6 Point 5/8" Magnetic Swivel Spark Plug Socket 6" - 80546 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014ZVSVK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DNC2DbQ4MGV5R

disclaimer: photo with engine cover installed was BEFORE we realized the boost and map plugs were swapped. whoops.
