What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Added the GT to the drive mode selector and replaced the stinger emblem I put on the steering wheel with this one since it matches the emblem I put on the front of the car.....impatiently waiting on my rims and tires to come in, any day now!!!!!206304E7-1D38-4E06-A220-7FDBFF19DC3B.webp2C6DE216-4898-4F70-B575-EB34A13235A7.webp

You more or less invited it, by parking in the middle. Why aren't you at the far left end?o_O:whistle:;)
far LEFT , 50% chance no door opens on passenger side

Are you happy with the way it turned out?
At first the metallic pearl didn't show and I hated it. After 24 hours it was completely set and the red mellowed out and the pearl popped out. I like it now, yes.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Hmm. It will definitely hold attention a bit more than the Stinger herself. And you could have done this so many different ways/combos. Are we having fun yet?

Trying out a slightly unconventional badge configuration...
Well, if nothing else that's going to cause some head scratching over what you're driving ... :p

Sorry but I gusss I'll be the first one to say, bad choice very bad. Looks like:poop:. But hey if you like it that's all that matters.:)

This experiment got a lot more involved than I initially planned... but for me it was worth trying for a few reasons:

1) I had a small paint flake from debadging that gnawed at my OCD (MY'18 paint...grrr)
2) I wanted to integrate the Stinger's motto symbol without making it the main badge
3) E is one of my initials, and actually my preferred one when I was a kid

The standard E badge sized out way too large for this application with its extra border, and the forum shop's E overlay did not have the right color and texture. So I ended up taking an E wheel center cap and grinding off all the prongs, and then thinning out the plastic backing on both sides of the E. It sticks on flush to the hatch panel, but the thickness of the cap makes it more '3D' than a normal badge. We'll see if it stays after the car gets wrapped next year.

Finally got around to getting the roof wrapped! Impatiently waiting for a day to put the matching spoiler on the rear glass to match the trunk!

I went in and had my oil and filter change (number seven of nine free changes) and all points inspection. And, I forgot to tell them to not swap the wheels left to right. So, my TSW "Watkins" rims are now turning backwards. Wheel Werks said if it doesn't bother me to have my wheels rotating backwards that the car and tires don't care. But, knowing that car geeks will do a doubletake and say, "that idiot has his directional rims on backwards", DOES bug me. So on my way to the slot car race this evening I am stopping by and having them swap them back.:rolleyes:

(Oh, and I got a video of the inspection like last time; that was what alerted me to the rims now being on backwards: "Today concerns your vehicle for an oil change, tire rotation". Hah! Never mind, that "rotation" is a completely inaccurate statement, because a swap from left to right is NOT a rotation.)

I don't understand either of those two statements: the pic doesn't reveal a wrap to me; and I've never heard of a "spoiler on the rear glass"?? You can heal my ignorance, if you'll be so kind. :P

Just the back portion behind the sunroof glass & shark fin was wrapped gloss black. Also, spoiler king offers part number 284RC as their matching rear window spoiler to match the deck lid spoiler #284VC

I still can't see the wrap in that pic. I'd never know unless you said so: it's the reflection, of course.
Spoiler on the glass: thanks for the info. I've never noticed one of these before.

Ooh, I like those.

How's the match with the OEM black chrome? (looks like a perfect match in the photo).
