What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Anyone in an actual winter state lower their DD?

Today I washed it.

and it rained 10min after...

Welcome to my world....

I refuse to pull my car out of the garage today until weather improves.
I got over that attitude. Ma Nature can rain and rain all she wants, all over the place, all over my car, and I, don't, care. Hah! I'm on a campaign to rinse my car off and dry everything before the sun goes down (but before bedtime if that doesn't work out); each and every time I go out and get sprayed, splattered and drenched. It's good for the soul, the heart and the whole body: the exercise, you see.

I don’t mind the car getting dirty or rained on. I’d just like to see it clean for longer then 10 minutes....

For sure. But I just laugh and shake my fist at the sky. Then I enjoy cleaning everything when I get back under my carport. I really do enjoy it. In fact, when several/many days go by without rain and I see dust accumulating on the glass et al. I get out the bucket and hot soft water and towels and go for it. Feels good!

This is what I did today guy's to the Stinger!

Belatedly... Injen intakes, they've been on a while. Did a couple of the minor hoses in red silicone, as the way the driver's side fit the provided 12mm hose didn't flex enough and was folding. Like the way it looks anyhow.

And then

Hope that worked
Kind of a silent guy, aren't you. ;) No commentary? It doesn't all "speak for itself". For instance, what did you do to your badges? It looks like they are blacked out; odd, having the ellipse and no reason for it being there. And some details on how the job was done, who did it, how much did it cost, etc. You know, the stuff that informs.

Really sharp looking. I like it, a lot.

My bad,
The car is plastidipped (by me). This is my fourth full car spray. The emblems are just unpeeled in that picture. I removed the gt, awd, and stinger badges altogether. The first video was to show the color and exposed chrome before. The one shop I know of in Seattle quoted me $4400 to have it done ( I wanted to know what professional work would run). This was about $400 in materials and two days work. I will try to post more procedural photos. Thank you for the interest. I will get better etiquette for these forums as more posts come.;)

That's more like it! Thanks! I know nothing about Plastidip. Sounds very esoteric to me, i.e. chancy unless you really know what you're about. I, for instance, wouldn't think of doing a wrap (just replacing the three little PPF patches on the right side - originally removed stupidly by me - convinced me of that, if I needed any convincing); but also I would not pursue a "me do it meself" on just about anything to do with my car. I await further instalments of your story quite eagerly.
