Joined the shaved front badge club. Also had them fill the front plate template dimples. Looks way cleaner.

.So I located the previous owner,He told me of the issue's he has had....wouldn't go over 40 mph, and periodic hard shifting, in ''drive'' I would assume. So I used dielectric grease on every connector that connects to the engine......including the injector ports...if it is on the engine it will heat up, dielectric grease absorbs the heat and keeps the connection solid avoiding ultimate connection failure resulting in a limp mode function. Which I believe this was. Fingers crossed.
He also said he babied the car, since new, but who knows. The car was worked on , the foam padding under the plastic cowl was ripped.....not a big deal. But evidence on it being looked at.

You bought it used? With how many miles? That might have something to do with the rusty bolts...maybe the original owner put a lot of winter miles on it and left the undercarriage salty between snow storms?

Did he get rid of it because he had mechanical problems? Did you buy it used or CPO?
