What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Rail dust. I figured thats what you meant. I had a white Lexus that I used to park next to a railway at work. The car was covered with those damn rust specs.

I used something called Iron X to get rid of it. Stinks like crazy but does a great job.

I did the full array. Dawn wash to strip whatever junk the dealer put on the car, iron x, clay, polish. I topped it with meguiars fast finish. I normally use Carpro Cquartz but it has been constantly cold, below the working temp for what I have on my shelf (TiO2, not UK version).

Were the spots there when you bought the car?

Yes but I figured they would come off with iron x and clay. Judging by the "quality" of the stone guard they put on, I won't let them touch my paint.

Well at least it isn't coming from somewhere you're driving/parking. Wouldn't want to have to do that every few months.

Rockn' this plate now, nice look on Ceramic. Plus, this plate first started with a honoring a K.I.A K9...love dogs

What do you think +5hp?? LoL
Looks good, nice to see Government give people a way to honour fallen police officers with those plates. Hopefully the money you have to pay for them goes to the officer’s families. Quite timely that you posted on 29 September, which is Police Remembrance Day here in Australia.

Not sure it’ll give you +5hp, but it may save you from some speeding tickets ;)

Yep, totally thinking the same thing, people come out of the building, lean against it to have a smoke, kids running around it with sticky fingers & choclate covered faces etc, etc, etc, not so secure now is it, sorry to ruin it for you....lol

However, bonus points for staying to the left side of the parking slot.

rained all day on my parade

I covered mine , parked right next to the police last night.......He didn't do a thing except drool, btw, the carbon fiber I used allowed a hint of the light to show thru. (there is a bulb near the end of the rear reflector). To be Honest It may not be illegal, but if you get T-boned, ya just might give the Tbonee some leverage in a court battle.....I can hear the testimony now...''I didn't see him,a bright shiny car going thru the intersction with NO REFLECTORS''!!! Give me a break! Screw 'em It's my car not theirs!

That does look cleaner....adds to the mystique , no question.
