What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 A/S in the mail.

How are you planning to use those? I was looking at getting a set for daily drivers (245/45r18 square) but keep hearing folks saying not to use A/S tires for summer driving.

Well you could go the used route if you had too. How worn are the other 3? Maybe just run a comparable tire? A/S aren't too bad to find that will give the same performance ect. You said it 7mo of crap weather so theres that

Going with stockers on the front. Primacy A/S. They can get them on by Monday. Rear I am leaving for now. Maybe look at getting some different wheels down the line for some other rubber.

Today, I removed the vinyl from the car and installed some much higher quality stuff. Also wrapped the silver on the hood "vents". I plan on doing the same to the silver in the brake vents.

question, why did you mount your plate there, and how is it mounted, seeing as how the tow hook attachment point is opposite? side question, why put a plate on at all in utah? I know it's the law, but its not a first offense thing, they won't pull you over and citation you for a missing front plate, it can only be added on if you peeve the officer.

that kia badge looks like it wasn't in the right place to begin with, might have been a collision repair. bonus, you can now put the wide stinger badge or new style kia logo with no issues.

Took the K&N Filters off and instantly this turd no longer goes into limp mode at every other hint of throttle application !!

Frustrating to say the least ...

Car is booked in to have the computer connected and any updates added in Sept and I don't think I will bother swapping these filters back ?
It is ridiculously quiet now, I forgot how much as i babied it home 7kms from the dealership and swapped the airboxes out straight away.

Damn it is quiet now :/

Well today I installed my wrapped JUN BL downpipes to my JUN BL mid-section ( which is connected to my Aussie Bi-Modal mufflers ).





Took it for a drive and, well.......

You know when you were a kid and you did something wrong but couldn't wipe the smile off your face....

Yeah, that's me now. The car honestly sounds more like a Ferrari under WOT than anything else, and it seems to have found some more grunt.
