What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Looks good. Can you take some more shots of the braces. I would like to red mine but I want to keep the aluminum chrome look to them don’t want to make them look solid and one dimensiona.. thanks!

No worries, this is a shot I took before I did the engine cover.

Testing out this Eco Mode, through the Chilterns today , fairly hilly, stop start kind of driving, lots of turns, roundabouts. I'm impressed. PS. it's a CRDi

Some shots from past 2 weekends on the track Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval and VIR Full
That looks like a ton of fun. Never been able to go anywhere bigger than parking lot autocross. That little green Fiesta was hustlin!

Nice, friss! What upgrades did you do for the track? I was 3-4 days away from my first HDPE when Covid canceled everything.. Already had upgraded fluid and lines done and racing pads ready to go.. Still sitting in their boxes. Edit: also got a set of 18" TY-5 wheels + Pilot4s, since 18" tires are cheaper than 19 for the track, sways + ECS10 to adjust suspension..

If I had done a couple to get upgraded to the "drive alone" group, I could have been doing a TON of them right now.. Alas, I still need to pass a few "with instructor" classes, and I just can't justify the risk right now - I have family to think of.

These are my current mods:
- Eibach sway bars front and rear (soft)
- K&N Intakes
- VT Intake Snorkels
- BMS Intercooler
- JB4 Tune (map 3)
- MBRP Catback exhaust
- Motul 600 brake fluid
- Hawk HPS 5.0 pads (front)
- EBC Yellow stuff pads (rear)
- MPS 4S Tires Stock sizes

This year has been a really tough year to get into HPDE given all the cancelations and restrictions. A lot of groups are running lead/follow for instruction so you are out there by yourself in your car following your instructor which makes for a good social distance event.

It really was a lot of fun to get out there. And yeah there were some people in my run group that could really hustle their cars while I wasn't going all out at the top end.

Quite possibly the least exciting mod ever posted on this forum but hey I'm excited about it. I found an insert for the center console storage, I haven't had a chance to clean it out and arrange things yet.

Ah! I didn't realize that was a thing - still new to that whole world.. May have to see if any near me are doing that..

If you're excited, we're excited. The 'small' things like a fresh set of windshield wipers or clean exhaust tips still give that Car Hype Dopamine. The rest of the world may not see the swag but you know it

Same here. Easy to install. No need to take off the wheels.

Odd they wouldn’t take the work. I have the slimz. Had no issues getting them on myself. Didn’t have to take off rear wheels. Had a tiny 90 degree philips head ratcheting screwdriver.
Kia said they didn't want to do any drilling behind the wheel. I bought the larger Rally style and the directions said removing the rear tires would make the job a lot easier. I really like the look of these the more I see them.

Interesting. Wonder if the full size are different. The slimz utilized the existing holes. No drilling required.

After two years of owning my Stinger, I took it on a road trip, I may have fallen in love again. Took a vacation out in Canmore AB, just enjoying it.

Installed Reese trailer hitch. Fit perfect using the existing threaded bolts holes already located in the frame from the factory.
