What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I gave it a bath, hoping to lure the great spirit into giving us some rain. Happy to say it worked. I didn't want the rain so much as I wanted a good light show to go with it, I haven't had a good chance to go shoot (photos) thunderstorms recently.
Enough talk. Where are the pictures?o_O:whistle:

Actually did a bunch of add ones last weekend but I'm horrible at taking pics. Added a Spreek by KeenDesign Carbon Fiber Spoiler
I'll try and actually take some pics during the daylight sometime this week. Fit was fine - the finish not so much. I got this one because I liked the look of the spoiler not because it was carbon fiber. So I probably wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money on it.
This is spoiler number 2. The 1st one arrived looking like they used it as a hockey puck across a concrete floor. Maybe a slight exaggeration but not a lot. The 2nd one is better but isn't perfect, however I can live with it and can't bother with the hassle of trying for spoiler number 3.Stinger spoiler (2)_LI.webp

looks like you mounted it too high ? should'nt the bottom edge cover the bottom of the hatch edge ?? ie no white should be below the spoiler ??

You would think but no it's how the spoiler is designed. If you look at the left and right section they are mounted right at the edge of the trunk.

Installed a new deck lid spoiler from Wing-Tech. I didn't want the "duckbill" look and this fit perfectly. Understated but adds some much needed personality to the back. Arrived freshly painted in 6 days and the color match is perfect. Big thumbs up!

Picked up my stinger 4 weeks ago, and I have officially gone through every page of this thread. Got some good inspo :) My main decision now is 19" vs 20" wheels, and deciding between Stance SF07 or TSW sprint...

How do you get in and out of your car in that garage? Do you have to crawl in thought the hatch or do you have some kind of remote control to back it out like the BMW 750 does?

These
There's a big ol' thread as well, Body Color Painted Side Reflectors.

It's a mildly annoying install, but not technically challenging. If the part is available. Took a while to get.

Lol, the Bug looks terrified. Yes, pics of thunder storms, featuring your Stinger, would be very cool. Better luck next time.

(Isn't there an insect called the "lightning bug"?)

Firefly, yeah. Same thing. We don't have them in AZ unless maybe still live in some secluded place up on the rim. My parents say that they were all wiped out with pesticides in the late 60's here. Shame, they also make for some great photos.

Poor Merlin. Live a little. Hit the midwest/east coast in the summer. At least for a few days, as long as you can stand the humidity, mosquitoes, etc.. If you have kids (grandkids?) they need to experience fireflies at least once or twice in their life.. We were in Michigan 3-4 years ago with some friends, and our kids and theirs were catching them and putting them in jars.
