Yo stinger nation. I need some feedback on intakes.was using stock air boxes with drop in k n filters borla cat back exhaust and race chip and car hauls ass. Anyway changed out stock boxes with cai and car is still fast but it feels like there is less low in torque. I don’t know if it is just my Imagination Or what. I realize I am getting more air but I can not get past the temps under hood. The filters are almost 140 degrees when I get back from riding around. Question is it better to have cooler outside air or more air from under hood that is so dam hot.

Installed a K&N drop in filter today. Feels like I've gained at LEAST 30whp.


























Just kidding. but I really did install one on my 2.0. Doubtful I will be able to notice any difference, but hey-- I got a groovy sticker that says "K&N."

I took my Stinger to meet @JAYP and his lovely wife. Took them for a ride to let them hear the Borla.

I had Eibach Pro springs and F&R sway bars, Catch can and remote start installed today. Now comfort feels like Sport +, and Sport feels like Sport +++

Got to talk "new cars" with Chris Farrell and his new/used Porsche 911. He agreed that the Stinger is a lot of car for forty grand. And very pretty. "And, it's a Kia", he said with a pondering tone. His new ride cost over a hundred grand; and new ones are almost twice that. Of course two high performance cars could hardly be purposed for more different things. So his, "Do you want to race with me?" was met with an instantaneous, "No, not now, not ever; you'd smoke me."
