So I emailed the seller of those side skirts on eBay and asked about dimensions, since they are supposed to fit a Stinger. They claimed to have no idea, since they do not have them at their site. Guess they won’t be selling very many either then.

They should make plastic slip covers, to protect these fob covers. Of course, one would need a bottle of plastic cleaner to keep the slip covers clean. I think they make a special microfiber wipe for use with that cleaner too. Which reminds me, I think there is a storage case for the microfiber wipe on the market. Now, if they only made a cover to protect the storage case for the microfiber wipe. That would be great!

Kias sold in the US come with leather fob holders similar to the ones you posted. They don't have different color threads or the "E" logo though.

Do you all get those in the UK?

thanks guys, will try this. How easy is it to remove the stock black plates and did you need any tools? a complete noob here, unfortunately.

I have that one in red. Looks nice fits well but you will have to remove it to access the emergency key. Pushing buttons is one notch more difficult. A trade for the protection.

On closer look mine is one of the variants. This one looks like it’s easier to remove, a snap, to get at the key. Mine has a metal ring.
