I wonder how temperatures and altitude would be affecting the GT's since they're a twin-turbo setup...
Huge affect on both. Obviously the colder the temp the denser the air, therefore more fuel to keep the ratio right. Altitude is another metric that people seem to dismiss. Higher air means less barometric pressure, which is essentially "thinner". Thinner air requires less fuel to keep the ratio. There's a unit that combines all these and it's called the DA (Density Altitude)in racing. Certain websites will update it for current conditions but Dragy has it build in.

I have the tune installed and poured a bottle of Boostane in the tank before I filled up. I did a full bottle as I do t hardly drive it so I can somewhat afford to do that. 4 bottles for $105 is a bit much but should last me awhile.

Nothing was done for additional tuning. The ECU/JB4 will adapt to the higher octane rating. The fuel is what is helping a bunch. I was having a fuel issue towards the top end of 3rd into 4th and it was smooth as butter during the runs yesterday.
