Worth noting, 1/3/5 are all one bank of the V6.

Have you tried removing the Lap3 to see if the issue pertains?

Edit: Annoying to remove based on the install instructions I just read, but, may be worth it to find the cause.

What octane and map are you running?

I have not done it yet

Not familiar with Lap 3 but if still happening after setting to "stock" and you have changed plugs already and coil paks, get a torque wrench and check torque on plugs.....also, what are you using to gap plugs?????? Since you are using different plug mfg, what you are using to set the gap may be the "common denominator"

What torque should we use with the HKS plugs?

Should be in the range of 18 - 20 lb/ft(25 - 30Nm). This figure is based upon "thread size" and for the 3.3 I believe 14mm.....on the 2.0, thread is 12mm and range is 15 - 18 lb/ft so that range should be about right. should be able to look up actual value......I know it is a pain but if you are checking torque, may as well pull a couple/3 plugs and verify gap.

It's not the torque on the plugs it's the lap 3.

Your spark plugs look terrible. I wouldn’t discount that there could be potential engine damage based on the look of those. Whatever material is on the plugs appears to be caked on.

I would do a compression and leak down test. If those results come back good then remove the Lap 3, drop in new plugs, and run the car as stock with premium fuel. If the misfires continue then a dealership visit is in your future.

You shouldn't be running e85 in a car that isn't designed for e85. Take the lap 3 off, replace the plugs with a proper gap and run 91 or 93 only.

Lap3 off.

We don’t know what’s causing the problem.
However, the first step in troubleshooting is to go back to the most basic form; and that’s why you’re getting replies to remove the tuner. The responses would be the same if you were using that other piggyback or something like a JB4.
