@Sales@Tork, can you provide any further information on the transmission? Is there a dedicated trans cooler, is it upgradable, and is there a locking torque converter (TC) on the Stinger? If the torque converter is a locker, does it lock in all gears after 1st or some other scheme?

Oh my, I need to keep reading this thread as it unfolds (read all of it up to this point; comprehended a little, I think). My low techishness will be blessed with a big upgrade, over time. I actually have no intention of modifying my Stinger even an iota. But, I like "hearing" all you gearheads talk. "Stinger talk". It's all good!

Looks like a Korean ZF. We have had no issues with ours at close to 300rwkw for nearly 6 months. Time will tell i guess. Just hope they have a stronger input shaft than ZFs used in our XR6 turbos. Just finalising our Ecu edits now so will be testing trans durabilty into the 11s before we put it on a corn juice diet

We are sending heaps of kits over to US. Freight is the killa though. We are setting up some distrubutors atm. If anyone is interested in a group purchase this will keep freight costs down also so let us know

@Jonnytig Sent you a message through your contact us on your website with a ton of confusing questions lol. Waiting to hear back before I make any decisions since it's going to be 2k for the intercooler alone. Still need to buy a new exhaust which is also another $1,650... So I'm seeing which will be best to get first but anyway - respond when able!

Well dont know bout you guys over there but with temps here around 40degC in summer i think it is necessary. We picked up some good power along with another 2psi boost from it. It was the last mod that brought us to the limit of factory torque tables so be interesting to see what it takes power to once we have edited the tables
Hey @Jonnytig, are you able to quantify the power increase with the upgraded intercooler? Or the efficiency increase over the stock unit?
