Did changing the mid pipe help with the rasp?

I have a hard time telling the difference between rasp and drone, but whatever bad noises were there were completely gone after replacing the midpipes. At least as far as what I could hear.

Also, just like I was concerned about using the racing mufflers, the guy at the shop said no amount of resonators would be able to make the Borla muffler as quiet as the Ark muffler, so we decided to use a set of 9" Magnaflow mufflers. They're finishing up now and then I'll know the final result.

I had my jun evc installed and that took my rattle rasp sound away 100%. With valves closed the car is probably quieter then when the car was 100% stock. It’s amazing I’m loving it so far. I had the cat on a mustang dyno as well after install and car gains 15whp when valves open.

Guess that's y jun bl apparently advises dp w catback and not dp alone.
Congrats I really wish I splurged on evc regular gt can be a little loud
