What’s happening in your logs and on the App for the jb4?
Does the app freeze?Logs are all Fock up....car is misfiring bad. Watch the videos, look at the first video. The check engine light goes on as I am recording it live lol
Does the app freeze?
I’ve been having similar issues.yes lol how did you know?
I’ve been having similar issues.
The issue arose with Map8, but once it happened the first time, it’s happened ever since, on all Maps, including the app glitching and freezing. What parameter you run on map 8 ?

I wonder if your running to much water or spraying to much early and it’s making the car sputter. What parameter you run on map 8 ?

If the coil packs would have gotten damaged by the misfire you would have had the same problem as soon as you installed the two OEM spark plugs. Coils usually don't get damaged, but when they do you will notice it right away as soon as you replace the plugs with new ones.
Before you run map2, make sure the plugs are gaped correctly (not sure if you did that before installing the OEMs back on).
I would not run meth again with the two OEM spark plugs, as those are hotter than the other 4 you currently have installed. You can run into detonation which will put you on limp mode or you will damage the OEM plugs. Even running map2 with the two OEM plugs is a bit of a risk.
Another thing to consider is the possibility of a contaminated batch of gasoline, temperatures are now rising and humidity as well, there will be condensation building in the underground tanks of the gas stations as temperatures start fluctuating. Try filling up at a different gas station, remember we are dealing with increased amounts of boost and the small things start having more importance in the proper performance of the engine, things like quality of the gas and ethanol, type of meth liquid, spark plug gap, etc.
Stay as conservative as you can while you receive the new plugs to prevent further damage. If after installing the new plugs the issue comes back after running meth then we can start thinking there is a value that needs to be changed on the JB4 meth map.

Can I gap my OEM plugs to .024 before installing a JB4 but with intakes and secondaries?Thank you for the detailed information!
I did gap the 2 oem plugs to .024.
I think the issues was the plugs since I have not had any issues since I swappped them out.
I will wait for the plugs and then try wmi again.
Thank you for your help! I will also not use the Sam club gas, I will try Mobil or shell gas even thou is more expensive.
Hi! Late to the game but FYI my 2019 GT2 is all stock except a new exhaust and I am having the same issue... it’s at Kia now for the second time.Well, he has posted abot an issue with violently jerking, sounds more like a transmission related issue and not ignition.
I personally drive a 3.3 and so far the 3.3 stock have not reported any problems with spark plugs.
