Offset should be in the high 40s (+40 - +45) so that you will clear the quarter panel with the tire mounted.

you will be fine with a 18x9.5 with a +43 +44 offset and a 285 tire. Maybe even a 295

I've got 285s on a 10.5" wheel with +45 offset

I think the best we can do for a street/strip setup would be 18x9 rims with Nitto 555R 285/35ZR18 or BFG 275/35/18 squeezed on. Tire rack has some 18x9 rims for $350 each that weigh 21#. Will look around to see if we can find anything lighter.

Indeed! That'll be the stickiest tire I've heard of being ran on a Stinger.

OK 18x9.5 -45 rims on the way for the rears. Hopefully they fit. If so I'll get matching fronts to keep it looking nice. I've heard the factory 19s are heavy too, so may even drop a few pounds in the process.

Highly likely - the stock 19s are 34 pounds each

They are heavy for sure, haven't been able to weigh them yet. Seem like rims fit but I need to order in some of those little hub centric adapters for them.

These gains are unreal! Guess I'm going to try out a JB4. Need to find a way top make the Fuel wires blend in better in the bay and possibly intercept like the rest of the harness.
