Fair enough. I just hope my polarised sunglasses can see the HUDI actually prefer displaying the temp/boost/torque graphs in the cluster and using the heads up for the speed.

HUD’s are reflected light and reflections are exactly what polarized glasses are trying to prevent.Fair enough. I just hope my polarised sunglasses can see the HUD
Yeah I wear my sunglasses everywhere, especially in the car. I’ve read somewhere that if you just put the brightness of the HUD up to max then I should be right.HUD’s are reflected light and reflections are exactly what polarized glasses are trying to prevent.
I can still see it but it’s about 50% dimmer compared to no glasses.
I turned the HUD brightness all the way up. It’s usable when white, but when you exceed the speed limit even by 1km, it turns red which makes it harder to see. Not sure if I can change that in the settings. Your best bet is to try it out when you get a chanceYeah I wear my sunglasses everywhere, especially in the car. How dim would you say it is with your sunnies? Do you have to like focus to read it or you can still do a quick glance being bright enough?
Looks beautiful! Similar colour combination to my Silky Silver/Red leather.Ceramic Grey with red leather is now home. It arrived at the dealer just before New Years but this was the first chance to collect it.

I'll have a play with it when it turns up next month. The red speed might annoy me as I tend to sit at about 103-104 on the highway.I turned the HUD brightness all the way up. Is this Ceramic Grey or Ceramic Silver? from what I can figure out, CG was before MY21, CS is an MY21 option. And it follows if this is the case, are they the same colour or different in some way?Ceramic Grey with red leather is now home. Just as I was getting home last night in a 50 zone, I noticed it went Orange between 51-55 and then Red 56+. So it could be 5 kms over turn red or 10% over. Not sure till I am in a faster speed zone. It's a very subtle change and not the easiest to spot as I am red/green colour deficient.I'll have a play with it when it turns up next month. The red speed might annoy me as I tend to sit at about 103-104 on the highway.
Thanks for the info.
Roger that on the confusion, because this is from the AU Build & Order siteI believe Ceramic Silver and Ceramic Grey are the same colour.
In Australia it is called Ceramic Grey, in USA it is called Ceramic Silver, in Canada it is called Ghost Grey....just to confuse everyone
See attached Australian brochure for available colours
Congrats. GT?Just placed a pre order today for MY21 in snow white pearl. Expected delivery in late Jan!
Thanks! Yes! GT, from NSW. Dealer was hoping late Jan to Mid Feb. Probably part of the huge shipment coming inCongrats. GT?
Awesome, I'm still waiting for mine which should come mid-feb.Thanks! Yes! GT, from NSW. Dealer was hoping late Jan to Mid Feb. Probably part of the huge shipment coming in
Oh wow, great info! My dealer said it takes time to disinfect the vehicles before delivery to make it COVID safe anyway. We might be getting our cars in similar times! Fingers crossedAwesome, I'm still waiting for mine which should come mid-feb.
I'm tracking one of the cargo ships at the moment which is on it's way back to Korea to pick up more cars after just doing the Aussie delivery run. I believe it'll come back down to Australia once it picks up it's load. Both of our cars will be on the same ship if this is the ship that comes back down to Australia again
As you can see, NSW is the second port they stop at in Australia, so at least yours doesn't get dropped off in Brisbane and then trucked up north. More waiting for me![]()
Hopefully it doesn’t cover the new car smell haha!Oh wow, great info! My dealer said it takes time to disinfect the vehicles before delivery to make it COVID safe anyway. We might be getting our cars in similar times! Fingers crossed
Seems like the Stinger is a hot item right now, and you’ll have to pre-purchase to gurantee your spot
Hey, just curious. how did you identify the name of the ship being used for your cars?Awesome, I'm still waiting for mine which should come mid-feb.
