Mine was 3 one side and 4 for another. I happened to notice that my LOZIC runs lower boost than anyone. And it’s also super hard for me to add extra boost with JB4 when playing with map6. Also when I was tuned by SXTH, my boost is all over the place and almost impossible to dial. Then someone who’s also using BEF asked me to fix my wastegate and bingo. Both JB4 dialing boost and SXTH stage 2 is flawless now.So the wastegate actuator rod is set wrong from the factory? Maybe within 5% is acceptable for factory boost level.
But when bigger boosting comes into play the tolerances become tighter. Idk, just thinking.
How far off was yours? And I guess that -4% means that the gate is closed 4% more than it should be? Meaning more exhaust gases are passing over the turbine.
Basically, loosen the jam nut. Turn the cylinder to adjust as needed then lock the jam nut back down.
