If the GT is the 2.5T motor, I don't believe he has an option yet. At least not one I've seen advertised.Hey Everyone,
I have a 2022 Kia Stinger GT. Are there any settings any of y'all would suggest for my model year? Thanks.

I was referencing settings regarding the Lozic ECU/TCU.Just go grab any intakes you want. They’re all doing the same job. Exhaust could be annoying if you’re sound sensitive for drone because all the catback systems other than JunBL are made for 18-21, so the exit pipe is not aligned perfectly with 22’s factory fake tips. In order to put real tips on you have to go to exhaust shop to let them align it for you. Either secondary downpipe+Catback or primary HFC+secondary with stock catback is good choice. MY22 muffler is not even that restrictive once the valve opens so there’s nothing wrong to keep that and go play with downpipes instead.
What fuel is available in your area? Are you planning on doing WMI or CPI? Those are important questions to answer before you decide on the ECU.I was referencing settings regarding the Lozic ECU/TCU.
Haha my ordering form here for your reference. Don’t hesitate on boost ready. It’s amazing.I was referencing settings regarding the Lozic ECU/TCU.
93 octane is available in my area. No plans to do WMI or CPI. This is my daily driver so not trying to build a track monster at this time. Currently I have Stillen Intakes, Ark midpipes, Jun BL GT exhaust, BMS intercooler and GFB blow off valves. What fuel is available in your area? Are you planning on doing WMI or CPI? What are you goals? Are you wanting it to be as fast as possible or want to keep a seamless daily driver/sleeper type setup that you can't tell anything is done to it until you step on it.
Also if you are planning on doing supporting mods, it could be ideal to do those first so Lozic can have the ECU setup for you right away versus having to send it back for a retune every time you add another part.
Have you always had it ready at 2,000rpm?Haha my ordering form here for your reference. Don’t hesitate on boost ready. It’s amazing.

I have a pretty good idea what I want from the tune from Lozic. I was really trying to see if their were any recommended settings to have or not choose for the 2022 model year in order to avoid any issues that others may have experienced.
Yes and I’m already regretting not set it on all the way. That’s how much I like it.Have you always had it ready at 2,000rpm?
Thanks. That's just what I needed to know. If you don't mind me asking, what made you select 2000 rpm for the boost ready setting?Let him know you’re 2022 then it’s all good. He have solved the non exist sport+ causing torque monitor crash long time ago. Just keep in mind if your UVO asking anything about downloading user profile remotely or what, don’t click yes. It might cause some weird software bug your side. Also don’t disconnect the battery when swapping the ecu. Our uvo hate that too.
My order is supposed to arrive Thursday and I did it in at all times. I’m nervous/excited!Yes and I’m already regretting not set it on all the way. That’s how much I like it.
Nevermind I just saw your above reply.Thanks. That's just what I needed to know. If you don't mind me asking, what made you select 2000 rpm for the boost ready setting?
Gotcha! OK I thought we were starting with a blank slate here.. lol honestly, I've read through this entire thread and many of the previous issues that Lozic had with tunes have been ironed out from everything I've read. Boost ready seems to be the most controversial option but many of the most recent purchasers have loved that option as well. With 93oct you should be good for 1.5bar. Boost by mode you can use if you want the option to turn it down on the fly but many say that having the power available all the time and just using your right foot to control it is the way to go.93 octane is available in my area. Very interested to hear your review on this Pearly!!My order is supposed to arrive Thursday and I did it in at all times. I’m nervous/excited!
I was considering it will be below 2000rpm when cruising on the highway so it’s will be off and save me some gas. Turns out this function is disabled once you have cruise control on. So I don’t think it matters that much to leave it on ALL or 2000.Thanks. That's just what I needed to know. If you don't mind me asking, what made you select 2000 rpm for the boost ready setting?
Yeah I'm leaning towards level 1 for the TCU with an 8%. Regarding the ECU I'm leaning towards 1.5 with the boost ready set to all.Gotcha! For the TCU I'd do level 2 at the most for more of a stock feel in terms of driveability in eco and Comfort but hard and quick shifts in sport and when you give it the beans. Most go with 8% as well which will shift ~5900rpm which is right where Boost/power starts to taper off in these cars.
I have to do plugs as well.. but both should be done this weekend (if it arrives Thursday) I was going to ask all of you that have Lozic ECU and JB4- where do you see the boost fall off in most gears? Factory ECU/JB4 is roughly 5,500. Does it stay the same ish with new ECUVery interested to hear your review on this Pearly!!
I set it at 2500 rpm. The though was so I'm not boosting around town as I rarely hit 2000 rpm driving around town. I may at some point in the future send it back and turn it on all the time. I do get the occasional surge in sport mode due to where the TCU shifts on quick spirited driving runs. My 2 cents.Thanks. That's just what I needed to know.
