Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

View attachment 64585Mustang dyno. Stock intake with AEM drop ins and JA Scoops. HKS plugs, Stock exhaust and with 1.5 bar Lozic ECU. 370 HP and 494 Ft lbs. I’ll get a better picture of the graph.
How long has your ECU been installed? What fuel are you using? I use 93 plus 3 gallons of E85 roughly a E24 mixture. My ECU seemed to progressively get better over time. I'm still waiting on my TCU. Have you ripped it on the highway several times? Like WOT to speeds that should only be driven on the Autobahn. And don't forget to do some launch controls too lol. Also make sure to not be arrested or get your Stinger impounded. After several drive cycles of this type of driving I believe you will see improved results. I know I have. I can't really speak for dyno curves but this is my experience of felt acceleration, engine smoothness and power delivery.

I’ve had it installed for about 2000 miles. I use Shell 93. I’ve driven it hard a few times but not a lot to be honest. I’ve had some spirited runs from a stop once in a while. I haven’t done any launch controls. I believe I have E85 close by. Wonder if I should give 3 gallons a shot and see how it goes.

I and a few other on this thread have seen great results with this mixture (3 gal E85 + 13 gal 93). My best 1/4 mile time on my draggy is a 11.78. I'm happy with that for now. Do you have a way to do logging? I don't have a JB4. Instead I use a bluedriver. It does basic logging (MAP sensor PSI, Time adv cyl 1, Fuel trim, IAT etc) But it's good enough for me to get a general idea of what's going on with the engine.

I only see 1/4 mile and 0-60 times in here
But what I am really interested in, are the high speed roll races
So far I only saw a couple dragy runs 100-200 km (60-130)
And those were worse than what a jb4 map2 can deliver

The lowest I’ve seen with this tune was 10.30
We’ve achieved 9.3 with jb4 map2 and on 95RON pump fuel (90-91AKI octane)

I do have a JB4 to log just haven’t done so yet.

When you measure your 60-130 do you start with launch control and continue until you reach 130 or do you use a rolling start? Also if you use a rolling start do you let the kick down hit right before 60 or do you use manual shifting? What RPM if so? I would think all these different methods would produce different times

A 60-130 time is recorded whatever way your car goes the quickest from 60-130(period).

yes ,this. I would do it from a roll say 20 mph, since I'm RWD. you want full momentum when you are passing the 60 mph mark.

First try at a 60-130

I did my 2 with Dragy, done from standing still in "Auto". But you can do it whatever you think is best.

Good time! We have "about" the same. But like weather, temp, tyre size and other conditions can vary. So it will say that power is "about" the same, like 400 hp in Mustang for me, probably some more for you if you Dyno in Dynojet. Seems like LAP3 guys will beat us...

Thanks, maybe someday I'll get her on a dyno. But it's not on my priority list for now. I'm happy with the times I'm getting from the ECU. But I'm still wondering what kind of improvements I'll see once my TCU is installed. I've been waiting forever for it. As for Lap3, I would guess that their stage 1.5 ECU tune (93 octane 410-430whp per their website) would be very close to my 1.5 bar 93 octane Lozic ECU. But the Lap 3 ECU is $2500 once you add a few options that Lozic doesn't charge a extra cent for. For me the Lap3 isn't worth the extra $1050. But I'm sure other people would disagree with me.

Hello... is there anyway to adjust second to first gear downshift in Sport that is really hard? I have pressure 3.

If I run manual I would like to have automatic upshift in every drivings settings, Eco, Comfort and Sport "if I forget to shift" and go into rev stop, its better that it then upshift than "bom" into stop.
In our GTRs we have like that, it always upshift in manual at rpm that we have put in, so even if I shift down manually and then WOT it will alway shift at the latest before revstop. If we could have so in stinger we also could choose to run "Auto" and have shifts at 5900 rpm (-8%) or go manual and it will shift right before revstop like 64-6500 rpm. That would make TCU perfect. Possible?
You can edit the parts you feel uncomfortable with.
Please take a video of the shift from 2nd to 1st gear in sport mode and send it to me.

other ways, try entering the TCU learning value initialization and hydraulic adaptation values.
Copy the hydraulic adaptation values from the original TCU and put them into the Lozic TCU.
Shifting may be smooth.
Other than that, I'll take care of it.
