Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Does anyone know if you do just the tcu and keep the factory ecu will the launch control torque limit allow you full control. So we don’t need to use the brake snip?
 
IMO 1.4, this is where you should be looking. I have 1.5 running 93 e 30 and meth. Lots of timing corrections.
I know this has been discussed before and there's a couple of people who've experienced It but for research purposes can we get a poll of how many people Is experiencing timing Issues with a 1.5+ bar tune using 91/93 e30 paired and unpaired with WMI/CPI. I want to know how common this experience maybe at the moment and go based off of that data.

I guess he's assuming most will do the math. The car shifts should be around 6250rpm - 5%=5952 or 6k like Williams said. Just do your math from there not redline. You'll be more accurate. - 8% would be 5787 or 5.8k

In my JB4 logs I have about 6.4-6.6 in Rpm shifting when shifts starts and then it is some gap in time/rpm of course before turbin hook up the higher gear/lower Rpm. So I thought I should use that Rpm for calculating.

Well, TCU is in Sweden, just waiting custom clearence, I will repord to this "crowd".

thanks. I’m stuck between the JB4 or Lozic and don’t want to have to buy both just to do logs and gain access to gauges
JB4 has other uses besides logs. If you change up your exhaust, run higher levels of Ethanol or add Methanol, it helps with the control in those areas (EWG, WMI, CPI, and Fuel Wires)

Is beating Chargers, Challengers, Camaros and Mustangs still exciting? I ran back and forth with a CAI+tune 21 M5 CS all the way to 167mph...I don't even bother with "muscle cars" anymore.

There are a lot of muscle cars out there that make north of 700 hp STOCK that will demolish a tuned Stinger on the hwy. Not to mention how many of the lower hp variants (4-500 HP stock) that have been modded.

I think it's perfectly acceptable to be excited about beating one.

I ran back and forth with a CAI+tune 21 M5 CS all the way to 167mph...I don't even bother with "muscle cars" anymore.

And what was the result of that? I know the answer, I'm just curious what you're going to say. :whistle: Also curious who he said tuned his car. Last time I was on the BMW forum (about 8 months back) I couldn't even sell the tune I had on my G30 M550 because BMW was locking ECUs and the tuners were unable to unlock them. From what the forumites were saying 2021+ BMWs could no longer be tuned.

Funny you said that because I have one in my neighborhood that we've been playing but never got a full run. He knows my shit don't play, he honks and smiles at me every time after he catches up lol. That vid was just entertainment while we await fix hopefully Monday.

T R A C T I O N is the name of the game. If you choose to waste your time with 60/90 rolls that's your lack of experience. Standing to 30 is where you should be challenging them.

Okay, even with all of the power they make and being RWD they still clear 60 in 2.5 seconds and have a top speed of nearly 200 mph STOCK. And his was "tuned", too? Taking on a car with 300 hp more and weighing the same as yours...man, you must be the most "experienced" person on the internet! Or your JB4 is some kind of freak! Good job! ;)

The roll in my video was from 30 and traction didn't help but you can hear I spun tires and then took off and to think I'm torque Limited in first and second

Anyway, I don't think you should be critical of other people's racing experiences if you're going to follow up your criticisms with fables of your JB4 tuned Stinger beating Bugattis and shit. Just keep it 100. :laugh:

The worst part is it took a sec before the power came on and the wheels broke. I love 40/60 rolls 40 is best for us rwd maybe 30 for awd. If the Lozic tune is as instant with power as everyone says, yall will se me on Auto Glory soon till I get spanked enough to go big turbo :laugh::laugh:

It's possible like I said I have a white 2021 cs m5 tuned in my neighborhood. We've played like 3 times. once a vette got in our way (slow shit lol) no high speed runs past 100 (regular roads) but he can't kill me and 2 times he had to catch up and couldn't till we slowed. We all know a lot is driver. Some of these rich guys have the cars and tunes and can't drive. I'm pretty sure all of us have raced a car that if we actually told people we spanked they wouldn't believe us so we keep it to ourselves lol
