From what I read there is a mention of the tail lights being "Connected" .Take of that what you will. This is the third one, at least, in as many months, and we don't get anything revealing this time either. At least there IS a facelift coming.

We wouldn't hear the end of it if Kia did that.Connecting the brake lights seems too Charger-like.
2017 VS 2020, Stinger was up to date when it first came out.So the K5/Optima got an update although Kia have already said the Optima is no more for the Australian market. It appears to have all the features the Stinger should’ve had when it was released as a flagship model but didn’t. The bigger infotainment screen is something the Stinger should’ve had from day 1.
I love the aggressive DRLs and rear lights on the new Optima. Kia designers are crushing it right now.So the K5/Optima got an update although Kia have already said the Optima is no more for the Australian market. I would LOVE to see that dash and infotainment in the Stinger. Luckily it looks like the control layout is very similar location wise to ours. Maybe it will come in a MY21-22 refresh.![]()
Wow - nice find. Not sure how I feel about these tail lights... we'll see. This was posted on Facebook just an hour ago under the caption...Captured Stinger Facelift.
Note the tail lights of both cars, looks like the brake light may go full width in the next model update/release.

I still don’t get the SUV thing, so many good cars right now, some even have more space then the small SUV’s that people are buying. If the Optima is no longer coming to Australia, they must be releasing a second generation Stinger otherwise Kia wouldn't have a vehicle in the medium/large passenger class in this country. You would think this unless they were only concerned with SUVs.
It’s one of those cars they just have to be careful with but, KIA has been doing good with their designs.Wow - nice find. Not sure how I feel about these tail lights... we'll see.
