They're here! Amazing!

I was out on the front porch talking with my wife, and lo and behold a FedEx truck pulls up. And it can only be one thing. And he hands me my box of stuff. I didn't ever see a notice on my FedEx web account "warning" me that anything was on the way. Maybe Kia is too fast? I put in my request to not be forgotten on the list of early buyers, and got my case number, and was going to call again later today if I had no updated info joy: but before I could manage to plan, my headphones arrive. They are definitely the real deal. I won't bother to post any pics because that would be duplication of effort.
Now, the question: How do I make these things work in my car? I don't have a "real" smartphone. I have a ZTE Tracfone. It has Bluetooth or else I wouldn't be able to pair it with my car. But all I get when I turn the car on and my cell phone on and the headphones on is a flashing blue light by the On/Off button on the headphones, which means the headphones are pairing for the first time. Except, nothing happens.
