2. Only 2 GTs per dealer per month. TOP OF THE RANGE - only 2 per dealer per month.
Hmmmm... will have to wait and see, it's already close to Mid July, before you know it,it's AUGUST then September. Released
Mine is a DEEP CHROMA BLUE with Black Interior, FYI.

Read interestingly, in another sites' commentary posts section, that a dealer advised pricing for the GT at $68k (Aud) driveaway with the aussie exhaust option.
Mmmm ... if true, at that price point, it would no longer be the value equation I was hoping it would be.
Or ... that is one damn expensive exhaust option!!!

I agree, if it starts with a 6, there are other cars that I would probably look at. I couldn't bring myself to spend $60k+ on a KIA.
I'm sorry, the brand just doesn't have that power, not yet anyway.

No way ... Comparing SSV Redline prices, AUD vs NZD is $56k vs $76k
So I think you mean mid the $50k mark (AUD).... that is what we are all hoping and expecting.

Nah mate. Mid $60's based on exchange rate. They aren't pitching it as a replacement to the SS, even though it will be. There also should be a $5k discount opening special for the first cars.

From one of the other forums, it was mentioned that a dealer had said that it will be $63500 driveaway.

I find it interesting that the cars are on the water (ready for 1 Sept Australian launch) and they still haven't officially released pricing (44 days out). This would suggest that it will definitely be in the mid $60K, well over what everyone has been thinking, so as not to scare buyers off.

Yea it's going to be more than anticipated and hoped, but I still think it represents pretty good value. Spec wise they are much more inline with much higher priced German card.

So I suppose the questions is, if people deem the stinger to be too expensive, what are the alternative options that are $5-10k cheaper (mid to high $50s) that offer similar levels of performance, perceived high levels of luxury and spec???
