Two new records today. I saw tork run 12.003 and sounds like he later hit 11.

I ran a new best for AWD 12.44 @ 112 MPH with only a tork tune and catback.

Yes, this was ET on a track, without LC I used auto hold and just mashed the pedal...when I went to the paddles I did even worse with a 13.7..bounced off the rev limiter going 1st to 2nd. Come to find out you need to give about a 500rpm cusion between the time you hit the paddle and when it actually decides to actually shift

That’s not a bad number for Stock. What was the temp and altitude? I ran 13.015 yesterday (AWD) in the early afternoon, about 85 degrees with 70% humidity. The times got slightly worse as the day got hotter. I have intakes.

Found out the retired air strip in my area does drag nights on Sunday! This is my first time ever doing anything like this, was a blast, and people were impressed by the car. My best time was 13.736. Bone stock RWD.



Not the best conditions out here. I'm at 5100 ft, and it was ~85f. The track itself is 20' of unprepped concrete then onto crumbling asphalt with rocks flying everywhere and plants growing through the cracks. Lol. I kept getting 14.1's with 2.6 60' because I couldn't grip at the start.

Finally got a run in after someone prepped for a truck with slicks, had someone guide me into the sticky, and I knocked .4 off my previous best. Not sure what that would have been at sea level and on a proper track.

Also lost to a suped up Nova that ran low 12's, and beat a 2014 5.0 Mustang by a good half second, though he had me off the line. I kept starting on green, instead of the 3rd yellow. Lol.

Yeah I used launch control on my 1.912 60 foot time in my AWD. But that was a gift from the Stinger gods as i usually run 1.95, 1.96.

I can see that @Tonkabob and @Sales@Tork are both operating in the PNW at very close to sea level - what altitude are you at? Please consider putting your location in your profile - it would save considerable time trying to find clues in previous posts, and really help in this thread for interpreting how everybody is doing.

Pacific Raceways in Kent Wa is at 350 feet and temp was 60 degrees on Sunday.
Portland 3 hours away is 50 feet. That is a fast track!
I think the ECU tunes have a slight edge over the boxes as well.

Never been to the Portland track, but I was at Pacific Raceways for the NHRA NW Nationals several years back - love that track and the beautiful location among the trees.

Still remember John Force was having extreme blower troubles on his top fuel Funny Car. Every pass, the top end of the motor would explode in a spectacular violent fireball just before the finish line, but was still winning each race. They interviewed him just before the final in his charred fire suit to ask him if he was concerned, and with his usual toothy grin he replied, 'Nah - we got lots more blowers in the trailer!'.

My 12.4-5 runs were all at about 650 Ft elevation running up hill about 40ft to the end of the run. This is down on a stretch of country road with no driveways or road crossings and miles of soybean fields. Going to head to TMP ( Cayuga) in the fall for some runs on the strip and that's also about 600ft elevation so should be similar times with the exception of the timing light roll out with shallow staging.
