FYI you’ve been able to buy these direct from the manufacturer for a couple weeks now. Mine were delivered Friday but I’m out of town till early next week so I haven’t seen them yet.

Any chance you can offer K&N replacement drop-in filters, because I cannot find them on your website. Would have gone nicely with this kit as an option in the drop down menu etc.

Is there any detriment to performance in any way in having these? I know they're supposed to give a bit of kick at the top-end, but for someone like myself that's more of an average driver that won't be doing any racing, is there any downside (even minimal)??

Yes sort of, not a filter with micro particle capacities, a mesh will be enough (my guess, so I'm asking to the expert designers). I installed the K&N drop ins. I do not want to wash them so fequently. Right now, is the migration season of the Monarca butterfly in my region.

You won't notice an increase in sound or performance from the drop-ins.

Well, happy sure not, but satisfied only. There is a minimal change in the exhaust sound in Sport mode and I feel with my "dyno butt" a better engine response to acceleration (subjective impression).....I wrapped the inside of the filter boxes with heat insulating material.....greetings from Mexico
