Do you have the instructions? Yes we removed the wiper blades. We followed the instructions except we routed the tubing through the wheel well.Did you remove the wiper blades and cover, or route the pipe and cables a different way. Also which fuse did you connect into.

Sounds like Jun has a quality probably if these actuators are going bad so soon.
