Received my wire harnesses yesterday. Everything installed without a hitch (so it appears), updated the JB4 to revision 11 and no codes or anything this morning. Haven't run any logs yet but I'll assume for now it's all working (it should).
The only weird thing is I watched the older JB4 fuel wire install video to see where to run the wire and the wires must have been longer some time ago. They ran the driver side fuel wire back near the cowl, but mine wasn't long enough for that, I had to run it over/around the valve cover due to length. It's all fine, just unexpected. Mine has the built in
fuel wires.
@ecko04, I had to unplug the harness to route the fuel wire to get rid of some cable slack and I'm just making sure that the "button" to remove the connector is "push down" style? I had to use a flat head with a little effort to push it down to disconnect the connector from your harness that attaches to the stationary connector on the engine. I've broken enough harness clips/retainers over the years to exercise caution with them, just making sure I'm using it correctly, it was a little more stiff than the engine/O2 side connector, that button is easy to press down. Silly question, I know, I just don't want to break it lol.
