Heat and water will get that out. The trick is to get the leather to absorb some water as it dries it will shrink. I have had good success with this in the past. A good tutorial can be found here:

Take it back to dealer and get them to fix it. Bad design. Not really. If you look at my photo you'll see a few lighter marks that were a bit worse than they are now. That big ugly one remains. This damage occurred 3 days ago.
Nappa leather?
Oh, thank you. I didn't think of it. Will do that. You can adjust this. use the little switch/knob/whatever you want to call it that you normally use to adjust the speed of the wipers. That will also adjust the sensitivity in you are on 'auto'
I don't know about apple, but I have looked at the Android auto APIs they do have an API for turn by turn directions. So any manufacturer can if they want, read that api and project the turn by turn to the HUD. For all you "non-tech" folks, an API is a piece of code that allows a 3rd party access to parts of a program. They are usually guaranteed not to change the output, so no matter what happens to the core software the API still spits out the same info. IMO we as consumers don't see this more often because 99% of manufacturers charge 1000 or more for their nav features. No one would buy the nav if AA did all of it for the consumer..I think that'd be a stretch for Kia to supply given they would have to work with 3rd parties who can change their app at any time.
Better than the one I got in both my BMW and Skoda Octavia, which start wiping, after I crashed into the car before me. Thus I always considered rain sensors completely useless.
My HUD shows the radio station changing. You may want to go in your HUD settings to see if there is an option to turn it on.Good:
The windscreen and both front door glass are accoustic glass. Surprising as it comes standard as the other major luxury brands in the similar category charges extra or not available.
Bad:
HUD does not show radio station, track or file when changing between songs, only mode is displayed. Turn by turn not shown when using nav through android auto.
Reverse cam can be of higher resolution.
A few I've come across:
If you open the door and take off your seatbelt with it in gear, it automatically shifts to park.
If you're low on gas, a pop-up appears on the nav screen asking if you want to search for gas stations.
The panic horn is hilarious; sounds like something off a kid's toy car.
I tried opening the door and taking the seatbelt off while in drive also tried taking off seat belt and opening door and it never went into park.A few I've come across:

I never noticed mine showing the station until yesterday--I was listening to a station with a signal that cut out occasionally along the foothills, and every time it came back in, the HUD displayed it. I assumed it shows when a station first comes on, but when I switched stations, this wasn't true. On my old car, it also displayed when I adjusted the volume, but that didn't help, either. I'll try to pay more attention to this, but a good explanation from you guys about exactly what it should be doing would be welcome. Curious what other variables/settings were at play when it did this for you.
