I get it. But, I can make the plot from a Dynojet read the same as a Dynapak just by tweaking the software. That's why using the same rollers and showing progression from stock (or modded) to after a mod or tune is the only way to show actual difference.
I had oiled filters for a short time (K&N panel filters) but switched to AEM dry panel filters, then aFe dry cone filters. The Stinger doesn't have a mass airflow sensor to gonk up with oil, I switched because I found re-oiling filters after cleaning was a hassle. Oiled filters are claimed the flow slightly better but I never seen test to back that claim up.
Thanks for the explanation, I will stick with the dry and luckily K8 currently has a few in stock. Waited 8 months for IMR intakes to deliver and the pieces of junk didn’t even fit properly, was pinching my coolant hose, no bueno so I have been itching for some time now. Merry Christmas !
No problem, that sucks about the IMR intakes. Sometimes that happens unfortunately, I'm still waiting on a exterior car part. I ordered carbon fiber tirm to replace the dark chrome on the hatch back in February 2022, received it late August back sent it back because it got damaged in shipping. Who knows when I'll get a replacement.
