Im on the verge cancelling my injen cai order and going with something else and ran across the aFe MagnumFORCE Intakes Stage-2 Kia Stinger Pro 5R intakes and I didn't see any reviews or hp claims. Do you own these? If so whats your take on them?

I don't believe those intakes came out yet. They should be out by mid or late June, I'm interested in them though.

The AFE website has the dyno chart for them.

As StingerMG stated, they aren't out till Late June.

Well June is a few days away.

That's way too much for some intakes imo.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
You can add to cart now so they are available.

I wonder if they are going to be quieter than other intakes. I tried K&Ns and they are way too loud for me LOL.

Typically closed air intakes will be quieter than open air intakes (like K&N).

I've installed a few CAI systems on naturally asperated car engines with pretty fair results. I have never done one on a turbocharged car-- I'm certainly no expert, but I have always felt you will get more bang for the buck with a more efficient intercooler . . . most so-called CAIs for turbo engines fit in the category of audio-visual mods: They look cool and sound great! Most twin-turbo V6 cars I've owned came stock with a pretty good COLD air intake system-- sometimes a filter change can get more air, if you don't mind trading clean for flow.

The Takeda discussed above looks very good!

So you would prefer a intercooler over cai? Plz expand. The cai would provide some benefit paired with all other mods a person has correct ?

Another thread with this discussed and ppl who already ordered them. Whoever gets there hands on them plz provide some feedback, pics and sound clips if you can. Very interested in these and looks like a well built design.

Just saw someone on fb with these intakes fyi. Seems ppl are getting theirs delivered now.
