Red, partially debadged, custom exhaust and blacked out with spoiler on Twain today on my way home. He gave me a polite pass. Car looked good, that color is the winner for this vehicle. I'm up to maybe 10 unique Stingers now on my commuting path.
Sitting on the balcony yesterday late afternoon yak’in with the wife and I hear this beautiful sound as someone gave it a little shot driving by. I say to myself hmm that was nice wonder what it is? So I stand up to see the tail end of a Snow White Pearl Stinger zooming through the light at the end of the block. Thank you to whoever, sounded great!
They are not real common here in New England. I’ve see two maybe three on the road in the past year. I kinda like that though. I remember when I bought my 2011 Optima. People would stop next to me at lights, roll down their window and ask what it was. It’s nice driving something not many own.
Not spotted by me but was watching the new ioniq5 range test and saw Asian petrolheads camera car at around the 18 min and 23 min mark. Stinger camera boom car!
I'm honestly surprised there are so many Optima enthusiasts. And I say that as someone who's keeping his 2012 SX all 10 years of it's warranty. Nice cars!
