Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild?

Talking with my sister in the shade of a porch in Daybreak, the exact same scenario as on August 30th: remembering that time, I had my camera out beside me: saw the Stinger coming down the side street (Dock St.) and got my camera ready: I think that this combo with my Stinger in the background is my favorite "wild" capture so far :) Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild?
Virtually everything about that sighting I got wrong, judging by the pictorial evidence that I snapped today: it is clearly not a 2.0L (last time I was judging by the rotating spokes, which I took - wrongly - for 18" wheels on a 2.0L) , so it is possibly the Silky Silver that I chased down on South Jordan Parkway (10400 South) in February of last year. Has anyone seen any Stingers in the wild? The proximity of both sightings would make this likely.

those are sexy looking stingers. i want to live there.

Just passed a fed orange GTS on Hwy 88 in Pine Grove California.
Wasn’t in my Stinger, I was in my red GMC Sierra pick up.
You on here?

I get so frustrated doing this. Last Wednesday, my wife and I were on I-215 returning from Big Cottonwood canyon: I rolled past an Aurora Black before I even saw it; picked up my camera and pushed the button and handed it to my wife; she took precious seconds wondering what to do next, then handed it back to me saying, "It's not on." (WTH?) I realized that I had to have pushed the video button instead of the ON button: I did so and handed it back to her, and said, "Shoot it in the rearview mirror. Quick, he's leaving." (exited on the 300 East offramp). This is what she captured:

It was really cool with gloss black wheels and CK71 DRLs, which blinked amber when it signaled the exit. Dang, I would have enjoyed saving that. I was so miffed (she didn't even realize that she had snapped a pic, and said that she couldn't see it in the view finder) that I tossed the camera over my shoulder and it landed clear back on the rear of the hatch cover. Hah.

I saw a MY22/23 White GT1 (refresh above and below DRLs) yesterday, westbound on 7800 South as I was waiting to turn north on Redwood Rd: I was actually fingering my camera at the instant when it appeared and flashed by. Annoying.

OK, here's the woman's point of view: Maybe she just doesn't want you getting all hot and bothered and shoving your camera at her to take pictures of every Stinger you see on the road. If she gets it wrong enough times, problem solved! (Can you tell I've used this tactic myself for things I didn't want to do? Works like a charm.)

Today just after 10 a.m., I saw a unicorn. Or maybe not. I don't keep up on all the Stinger special edition colors. It was smoke gray—definitely darker than Ceramic Silver, but much lighter than Panthera, and not metallic. From a distance, seeing only the color, I had thought it was a Dodge. Maybe a wrap? Whatever, the color looks really good on a Stinger.

It was turning right from Hadley onto eastbound Whittier Blvd. I was westbound and because of heavy traffic at the intersection, I'm guessing they didn't see my headlights greeting them, or my wave through the tinted window. Or maybe even my car!

I saw 3 black ones and a red one in my hometown last week and a nice white one in a KIA showroom while my daughter bought a new KIA Sportage yesterday. No pics. I should have taken a pic at the dealer but I was too busy showing off the details of my GTS to all the salesman and finance guy.

A couple days ago I was surprised to have a Stinger following me. Don't know the name of the paint but it was a sort of cream grey. Don

Saw a GTS with out of state tags yesterday, but was in the z4... saw a dark stinger saturday night but couldn't catch up to it before my exit, and a white stinger behind me on friday on a way to a gig! .... No photos for any of them this time :(

I see them everywhere in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area but when I bought my 2019 GTS RWD in January I never thought I'd see the 2018 Limited. This was in March and at a Chili's 15 miles from my house. I backed in took a couple pictures and never even met the owner. I did get this awesome photo

I saw my 1st Ascot Green stinger yesterday on my way to the landfill and then a gray one a few minutes later. The green is really unique. No pics just a good sighting day. This is my favorite forum thread on car forums.

Saw this red Stinger in Puerto Vallarta Mexico .........................might be worthy of a bad parking award by Merlin as I'm pretty sure the driver was/is not disabled and was just finding the safest place to park at Costco stingerPV.webp

Spotted a ceramic silver in RUH/KSA while waiting in a long waiting traffic light.

Wanted to say "Hi" to the driver but I could not due to my lane was not moving...

Sorry for the out off focus picture.

Saw a Panthera, '22 or '23, at Montebello Mart mid-afternoon today. I rarely see a Panthera or the newer taillights, and never both at once, so I'm certain this was a new sighting. But hey, I quit counting a long time ago.
