For the JB4 which map do I run?

With around 30% E85 you can run that on map2 and if good then try map3.

Already been on map 2. What are some signs of good? That its going well?

Map2 makes more power on E30 than it does on pump gas, as timing advance will be higher.

Okay oddly enough I seem way down on power and timing is limp. Map 2 with 5 gallons of E85 mixed in. When I floor it it's way slower than before. My AIT is also 140-150 degrees at a stop. Not saying this has to do with tune. Last night we had a flooded street and I went through about 6 inches of water, but the power loss is just now.

I have just one short log like my others. I can post it shortly.

1 good log is worth 1000 posts about how the car is running. :)

Two short logs attached. 100% sure there is loss of power, so I didn't bother trying MAP 3. PSI peak is still in the 16-17 range but for some reason feels WAY slower. When I floor it, it doesn't throw me back in my seat right now. Not sure what's going on besides extreme heat soak for some reason. Tonight I'm going to put a sheet of heat shielding (rated to 1000 degrees F) around my intake and see if that helps heat soak once it cools down.

On log 11_51 I was just at a red light or two, then cruising and giving throttle when possible. The other one I floored it for a few seconds.

Timing is a bit lower as intake temps are almost 150 degrees... But I don't know how you can gauge power during a 2 second run. :)

Is 150 degrees normal when sitting in a lot of traffic? Posted much longer in map 3. Includes couple minutes+couple launch control WOT pulls. The power seems sporadic.

Seems pretty high to me unless it's 100f outside. Monitor IAT in the app and see if you can spot a trend.

Same basic problem on logs. You're not staying on it long enough to see anything at all. A good log is like 40-90mph, on a safe private track, of course.

I have about 4 more logs to post in map 3 when I get home in a few minutes

Here are two more. It looks like my timing is being pulled back? It's much lower than it was even in map 2. The intake was working great for two days but I'm wondering if the temps are a result of no heat shielding. I added half assed heat shielding tonight and it cools much faster now when moving BUT when idling it warms up FAST and can hit 150 relatively quick. I hope I don't have to return the intake back to stock to fix it.

When I'm moving I can drop it from 150 degrees to like 90-100 fairly quick. Oh and today the high was 67 degrees, right now it's 60 and it still hits 150 when stopped a long time.

Like I said, I went through a very deep flood water last night and pray nothing was damaged because it wasn't getting this hot the previous two days.

Looks like 0-50mph? Timing seems OK to me. No large deviations between the cylinders.

If it's heat soaking up to 150 at idle then that might be normal or related to the intake if it doesn't have any shielding. Photo of how its setup?

Might be worth checking the front of the IC to see if it has any damage or debris blocking it.

Seems likely nothing is actually wrong here to me though.

Does it look like I can safely run map 3 or 4? With map 3 I didn't really notice any power gain over map for nor did I see higher boost

It's weird but I feel like map ,2 pulls the most consistently hardest

I moved out to Corona from Irvine but work in Santa Ana ( Penn &17th ). Your the first local guy I've seen on here so far.
I'm in Irvine as well. There is a huge group of Stinger owners in OC. Follow the stungbystinger IG page. We have regular events and meet up several times throughout the year.

Map2 is a great map and by far the most popular one. :) The way you're driving the car, low speeds, probably the higher maps won't help much. If you start to get in to higher speed stuff like 1/4 mile then you'll notice a lot more difference with the higher maps.
