• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Eibach Sways & Springs

I get it now. Couldn't really make out what part of the car it was at first.
Yes i wasn't to impressed when i saw it installed. The fitter showed it to me when i came to pick up the car. The seller indicated the fitter may have caused it!? Wasn't amused. As you said live and let live, im partialy to blame for not checking properley before hand.

Ok Eibach sway fans ive spoken to the Suspension specialist at Arndell park he is more than happy to do a group buy installation price.

On Friday im going to see him as requested so he can give us an accurate price. He'll have it on the hoist to, im getting that much talked abour rear camber looked at while im there.

I will post his quote amount, hopefully i can remember to include a quote for @Hemz spring installation to.

Is anyone else interested in sways and/or springs?
I'll be interstate until Monday and will discuss numbers with the importer when I get back home.

Shame I'm not in Sydney :( but after a week with the car I concur the rear sway bar needs to be stiffer to improve the cornering and the ponderous transition to under steer with spirited driving. I'm going to find a track day around May to really test the suspension. I quite like the subtle ride but the rear sway bar does need work and I'll reserve my judgement on front sway bar until after a track day. Certainly want to eliminate excessive body roll but not to make the ride too harsh or less refined.

You don't need to be in Sydney for this deal. Standard shipping is no more than $30 anywhere in AUS.

I feel in order to get the best ride advantage you need front and rear. My car has both set to soft and it's sticks to road like glue when cornering .

OK Shannon I'll look at the cost and ETA and let you know via here, I have a few bills coming so cash may be a little tight for now, but definitely on the cards, I can install them myself so no worries there.

I can agree with @AV8R, I too have both front & rear fitted @ softest setting & I can tell you this will be the most economical & best mod you will do to this car.

You won't buy them cheaper they've been on my radar since all the positive reviews from here. I also was a passenger in @Stinger GT SS car when we did some pretty heavy duty steep cornering. To a newbie i think we mostly agree this is mod No.1.

Im a waiting for my third quote at the moment for the stays installation. Once i get the last one ill post here. Looking to be Tuesday if not Wednesday.
