3.3TT Creating True Plug-N-Play JB4 Harness (w/Fuel Wires)

This plug and play quick install adapter allows you to install a posi-tap for fuel control tuning without piercing the factory O2 sensor wiring providing a completely reversible connection.
Nice! So how soon could you send me a set?

You know what you need to order, we talked about it. I wouldn't be able to get to it until after family vacation. Looking at 7/7

Ok no worries, I'll probably not connect the fuel wires until I get this part then either from you or from BMS

Got to work on a revised harness of my own today. Reduced length, retained PET braided heat sleeving, soldered to pin 1 (signal), taped and heat sleeved.

Wow...great work and nice update with the reduced length and the heat sleeve. Looks almost OEM.

I took a different take - I added a quick connect at the same length as the other wires so the JB4 box and ALL wires will separate at the box - not just the original wires.

Also - I hid the ODBII and fuel wire that goes to the driver's side behind the firewall (I used a piece of romex to fish some split loom...also put a string in there so I can pull more through it if needed). Figure this is a clean way of running the JB4 wires from one end of the engine bay to the other...wanted to keep it out of sight and not needing to pull it out if I take to the dealer

I kinda did a similar install. Wiring is run under weatherstrip molding, and I used split loom sheathing to hide wires. If you don't know what you are looking for, you'd be hard pressed to find the JB4.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Except for the box that says BMS and JB4...!

@Terry@BMS or @ecko04

Just checking in to see who gets my money :) I'll have the JB4 in this week and will be without fuel wires until I can buy either option.

Awaiting patiently my package :cool::cool: @ecko04 has been amazing to converse with, he most definitely will need massive kudos on this one - I cannot wait to get my package in the mail !

We're a few weeks out for sure, waiting for a large batch of connectors. And who knows how long that will take.

TAKE MY MONEY!

If anyone wants to order the materials, I’ll gladly make and ship them to you. You’ll just need to cover materials, shipping, and kick in a few USD for my time.

Here’s what I need to make them:

x2 - Home » Shop » Connectors / Harnesses » Bosch » Bosch 6 way LSU 4.9 Connector Pigtail

x2 - Home » Shop » Connectors / Harnesses » Bosch » Bosch 6 way LSU 4.9 Receptacle Connector Kit

You’ll notice once you add these items to your cart you’re already over the price point that @Terry@BMS will be offering. This is what happens when you don’t deal in bulk orders. And since I’m not running a business, I’m just helping forum members, I won’t be buying them in bulk. This is pretty much just an interim solution for those who don’t want to wait until the BMS solution is available, or if you really don’t want to use the Posi-Taps, which will still be used in the BMS solution.

My issue with the Posi-Taps wasn’t the pin hole in the sensor harness, or issues removing and reusing them, but rather their effectiveness in maintaining a solid connection, and I have gigantic hands — which means dropping connectors and over tightening so a harness works a bit better for me.

Hopefully @Gtecko will be receiving his package in the upcoming days and can show what a fully PNP JB4 looks like.

package is with customs ... :devil::devil: should be here this week !!

talking with @ecko04 , I went on Ebay and found those harness , now they come and go pretty quick but those are the ones I have ordered and Ecko04 agreed for the price it was a good deal.

The main reason I went ahead with this is that I didnt want to slice the wires too much and thougha pnp solutions would just be more worth it in the end.

I shortened them anyway, but I soldered, electrical taped, and heat sleeved each and added wire loom to the whole thing for both sides.

Colorful wiring from the eBay harness, which is actually beneficial as to the all black from other places.

Apparently I'm an idiot and can't figure out how to send a PM (unless I'm blocked due to post count) but I'm going to order a JB4 today and would like to talk to you about a PNP option.

it is because you dont have enough post yet.
@ecko04 :):)

@ecko04 I would like to reach out to you for one of these plug-n-play kits. If you could either send me a message or another way to contact you I would truly appreciate it.

@Terry@BMS Any updates on when the BMS PnP harness will be available? I just ordered my JB4 + Denso plugs and would like an update on the matter.

Should I wait before installing it on my car? Aside from the pinhole in the sensor harness, is there any downside to installing the fuel wires right now (I mean, before the PnP solution)??
