Yes, but I really think they are under new management now or something. They don't seem to be as willing to deal as much anymore. I think I'm going to superior for my next one, their advertised prices are the lowest around that I've seen. Florence Kentucky Kia seems to have good prices too and a larger selection.
I just sent a request in to them after messing with that god awful Superior...Did you buy one? if so do you mind asking what you got and how much it was..you can PM me if you don't want to post here.
Ask for Mike Meyer. He'd been tracking a 2019 ceramic silver for me to look at just the color, which I ended up not liking. Oddly enough (for me) they had a few 2018 red ones on the lot and I fell in love with the color. I did not buy one yet, as my next decision is 2018 or 2019. The sales manager quoted me $40K for a 2018 GT2 AWD with factory remote start using the lease program and then buying it out. I need to look at the rebates for the 2018 to see which would benefit me more. 2018/2019 is going to be a tough decision, as he said he would sell a 2019 at invoice but clearly the 2018 would save me a crap ton of money.....emotional vs rational LOL
One other thing - I was a bit annoyed with one thing. Since they are next to the airport and in a flight path, every vehicle gets the paint protection thing when it arrives because of the constant plane traffic over the lot and guess who pays for that ($299). I understand why they do that but I gave them flack about being forced to pay for it considering it's not something I would have ever asked for. We'll see how far I get.
We're in the same area. Did you have a decent experience at Wyler Kia in Fairfield?
Thanks for digging that post up - it made the decision pretty much black and white. The changes to the GT2 AWD are not worth the cost difference, at least not to me. Yay, I am finally going to get this car, like next week!!!Stinger girl heres your answer to your post bout 2019 versions of the stinger
Now with a reputable source - 2019 options!

What? paint protection for aircraft traffic? That makes zero sense. I'd say the odds of a drip of oil hitting a car in a parking lot is prob lower than the odds of winning the lottery....
That's what I'm looking at is the red gt2... I will see what they come back with. I'm looking at purchasing with the 0% interest for 66 months.
I used to live in the same area and we always had a film on everything outside, but that was 20 years ago so who knows about now. I seriously doubt they routinely dump fuel before landing but they definitely dump it if they are landing early in their route for medical emergency, maintenance issue, etc. But whichever - what pees me off is having no choice but to pay for something I never asked for in the first place :/
Hello, newbie here and super late to the party.I think I'm going to buy the 2018 red GT2 (there are 4 of them there). The 2019 is $1380 more for the same car to begin with and then add another $6K less dealer discount + $7700 ($6900?) less for lease/buyout option (or at least $6K less dealer discount if you finance it). I can't justify spending $14K+ more for a 2019 for heated back seats, wireless cell charger, and a 360 camera, all of which are not that meaningful to me. I also checked the paint on all of them - not one nick or scratch or anything so hopefully the paint issues did not apply to the red (or I'm dreaming).
I would not buy a Stinger with a 2017 build date. There should be a good choice of 2018's available.Hello, newbie here and super late to the party.
Stinger Girl, good luck with your negotiations, hopefully they can take off some of the unnecessary money maker in your final price.
Is there a semi-general consensus, that the paint chipping problem is less of an issue after a certain production month/year? Definitely trying a score a 2018 bargain, the only thing I'm hesitate about are those crazy paint stories...

I'm a professional pilot. I don't think there is a singal aircraft that flys into CVG that has the ability to dump fuel, let alone, in an emergency when fuel needs to be dumped it's no where near the airport or populated areas. On top of that they aren't dumping fuel while in the landing phase, near the airport. It's total BS. Don't let them use that as an excuse for the option and charge, it's total BS. So quote me and bring that up so you don't have to pay for it. A better excuse would've been acid rain or salty roads. Technology isn't what it was 20 years ago for aircraft, but better than it was 50 years ago regarding aircraft residue. Piston aircraft might spit out some oil in flight, but none have flow over that area in large numbers for 50 years.
You wouldn't have happened to look at the production dates on those red gt2's did you?
