The seats themselves are not adjustable at all. between the side brackets and the bottom plate, you can adjust for seat rake, with some side to side movement, like to mount the seat further inboard or outboard, and then some front to back adjustability. Once everything is bolted together, it's essentially one unit, with only 4 bolts mounting it to the car.
So it's a hassle to get it all figured out in the beginning, but once you do, you're done. I can have the seat back out and the stock seat back in maybe ten minutes max.
The 5 point harnesses are designed to mount in the factory seat belt mounting locations and are clipped to eyelets so you can have those out in 2 minutes. The front seat belts stay in place so once you unclip the harness, you are back to stock instantly.
the seats are pretty comfortable. I'm about to find out how they feel on a two hour road trip to the track, LOL.
Sounds great - so like 10-15 minutes to switch either way?
I realize your seats are not adjustable - but what about the "not fixed back" ones you mentioned to lex.x. What is the difference between yours and those?
