Lol. I did in fact mean women are more attractive when the men are wearing beer goggles but I’m sure it cuts both ways. Hell, I’m quite sure I’d never have got married if not for the fact my wife liked a drink in her younger days. She’s stopped drinking nowadays and is probably quite disappointed. :)

Smoked lamb shoulder. To be served in a wrap with a mint and cucumber raita, lettuce and sliced red onion.

4 hours in the smoker so far, couple more to go and we’re looking good.

We’re celebrating Straya Day today as my mate over the road was busy yesterday. Just came back from his place after a lunchtime BBQ pool party and now we’re gearing up for round 2 at my place for the evening.

This is why I love Australia.
