• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Have any owners in Australia considered a meet in their state? It would be good to organise one in each of the capital cities so we can get to brag about our cars.

I was also meant to bring up the topic of a Stinger Car Club today, would be fun to meet up, even organize a Sunday drive event ?

I would be down for a meet up for NSW, I might have mentioned ages ago about whether there would be track days or anything but a meet up would be nice. In Newcastle I have only seen 2 besides mine.

Just had a look at the Stinger brochure i have on the 3.3ltr V6 TT, its shows under the title of FUEL, REGULAR UNLEADED, like AV8R said.
Thanks guys. Also on the subject i saw on face book Kia gt owners which encompasses kia gt and now stingers that they have had meets in Melbourne and S.E. Qld but nothing in NSW. I reckon here in Nsw we should get something cracking. Cos im not tech savy my hands have stayed down on the organizing front. Facebook is new to me.

I don’t have Facebook. Yes I’m old! Can we arrange thru the Stinger forums please.

Ive put it out thrre a number of times. We probably need a tentative show of hands first. Ive got some ideas, bur im hamstrung for times. I work nights and basically have every second Sunday off. Im thinking maybe Bobbin head at Kuringai national park. Awesome location near the water, parking , bbqs and facilities + kid friendly. Accessible also from M1 if travelling south. Just an idea?

I’m in WA so I need some support to organise a meet. Need to wait til I get my car in February. Any WA supporters?

May pay to hold off until we get a few more members maybe a couple of months then owners will have their cars by then.

Yes that's me!

AV8R when you get your car in FEB shout out. At the limited rate dealers are supplying cars in WA there may be around 40-50 on the road by then so hopefully we can find a few more takers for a meet and drive.

It looks that way. Would be good to get a gathering of stingers together. I wonder what the correct term is for a group of stingers? Might have to check the thesaurus
