Idk if they will hold for that long. You're better off ringing them and asking because I don't think they will let you take them unless you have a car to register them to.
Fill out a template with your dealership to get them to pick up on your behalf and leave them there until you choose a car.

Once car chosen tell them you want it registered with your plates and they will do it all before car delivery to you.
